I just had a simple bean, rice, and cheese burrito, and it was fantastic!

Having moved here from Germany I had never visited a Freebirds before but when this location opened up I got curious and I love it ever since. The food is amazing and the dining areas are always clean. I love how welcoming the staff is.. always smiling, informative and easy to talk to!!!!

Customer-oriented...unless you opt for delivery. In that case, it seems like it's not their concern, and they won't take any steps to address the issue. Businesses must recognize that when I place an order through the Freebirds website, I am engaging with Freebirds directly. If they decide to partner with third-party services, that's their choice, but Freebirds needs to prioritize better customer service.
