Crust Pizza Co - Spring

I have dined here twice before, and both experiences have been fantastic in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. I ordered the Carl's King and The Blanco (half and half on one pizza), and it was delicious. If you enjoy a thin crust Chicago-style pizza, you won't be disappointed at Crust. The crust is thin but not overly so, and the ingredients are fresh. There’s a wide selection of toppings to choose from, as well as some excellent manager's lunch specials. I also tried the crusted goat cheese salad and absolutely loved it—very fresh! I will definitely be returning for another meal. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options are available.

The cauliflower pizza was amazing. I just wanted to try something different and my family really enjoyed it. The cauliflower crust was very good and it was a super alternative to regular crust. We couldn't really tell the difference. Looking forward to going back and trying other dishes.

We had a couple kids together for my son's birthday. They brought each kid a plate of dough to play with. Very cool and kept them calm until the food was ready. We will definitely be back!Food: 5/5

I ordered online after seeing the reviews. Blows me away the reviews where so good.....my pizza just wasn't all that good...I've had dominos and pizza hut pizzas that have tasted way better....sorry just didn't like itFood: 3/5

These guys rock! Service is great, folks always positive. Food is 100%, two pizzas and cheesy bread.Our takeout order was a perfect experience, and we appreciate it. We will continue to come back.Note: this review is specifically for the Gleannloch location. The 2920 location is nowhere near this quality. We live 5min from 2920 location and still drive the 15min to Gleannloch.
