Charm Thai Bistro - Spring

The catfish and eggplant dishes were delightful. However, the pad see ew with eggplant was just average; the noodles didn't have that desirable slightly burnt flavor, and the shrimp were on the smaller side. The chicken satay was tasty, but the sauce could have been thicker. I suggest avoiding the Roti and Curry, as it tasted like a microwaved piece of frozen roti that was briefly pan-fried.

I absolutely love Charm! I've been visiting for delicious Thai food since before the pandemic. The dishes are consistently flavorful and served hot, with spice levels tailored to your preference. The staff is always incredibly friendly, even though they're busily attending to customers. I can't wait to come back for more!

Finally, a Thai restaurant that won’t overwhelm your taste buds with spice! It offers just the right amount of heat to enhance the flavors of the food. The spice levels range from one (mild) to five (hot), catering to different preferences. The food selection is excellent, and the red curry was particularly delicious. The pad kee mao, even with mushrooms, was also quite tasty. I will definitely return when I'm in the area. They have great happy hour specials, and the lychee sake was delicious. The decor is beautiful, everything is very clean, and the staff is friendly.

This has recently become one of our favorite spots! The curry and pad Thai is some of the best I've had in a long time!! The staff is so nice and service is amazing! I 100% recommend!
