Casa Mias - Sparks Glencoe

The restaurant is poorly managed and offers mediocre food. I won’t be returning. If there were any real competition in the area, they would have gone out of business long ago.

Casa Mia's offers food that is quite basic across the board. Some items are passable, while others are challenging to get through. The French toast, for instance, is unappetizing and has a strange chemical taste, likely due to them cooking it ahead of time and then rehydrating it for service to give the illusion of freshness. On a positive note, their sandwiches are decent, and the pizza can be enjoyable—provided it isn't burnt. I give them two stars mainly for their friendly service and their respectable salad bar. Honestly, the biggest advantage of Casa Mia's is its location. Situated in the heart of a business park, most of their customers are people who work nearby and rely on the convenience of quick meals. It really has more of a cafeteria vibe, and I can't envision many patrons coming here unless they are employed in the area.

Casa Mia's has recently undergone a lovely transformation in their dining room. They’ve expanded the seating options to include booths, high tables, and standard tables. Additionally, they’ve introduced a spacious, fully stocked bar, complete with full-service capabilities. TVs line the walls, making it an excellent place to catch Orioles and Ravens games. The food remains consistently delicious, with an extensive menu offering countless choices. Don’t miss out on their crab cake—it's bursting with flavor and contains no filler!

This place was pretty good. The crab dip was absolutely to die for. It is apparently one of the dishes they are known for. The pasta was also so good. The chicken parm is my favorite from here. The fried pickles were ok. They were doing buy one get one free on select pasta dishes of equal value. This is a great deal!

Stopped in for a meal after spending the week/weekend supporting Wreaths Across America. Had a delicious dinner with great service and were next to the warm cozy fireplace. Our server asked about WAA, even while taking care of several other tables. Thanks for the support, recognition and special treat after dinner to celebrate another successful mission.
