I ordered takeout through the app and once again, half of the order was missing. I should have learned from the first time this happened! When I called, I overheard the girl saying that she definitely put it in the bag. I wonder which bag she was referring to, as it certainly wasn't ours. They expected us to drive back over 10 miles, which would have cost us more in fuel. And to make matters worse, they refused to give us a refund! Instead, they offered to give us a voucher, but we would have to go collect it ourselves. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and it was clear that they did not care about their customers.
I cannot express how disgusted I am with KFC Millbrook. We eat here quite frequently after a day of shopping at West Quay and we always have a problem. We never really properly complain but this time I’ve seriously had it. My daughter was peckish so we darted in for a quick unhealthy KFC and I brought her a Mini Chicken Fillet Burger and a small portion of fries. We drove round to receive our order and instead we collected it. As we were running behind for a hospital appointment we didn’t check the KFC bay and just drove off.. however now I wish we did. The fries were not in the bag, instead was a paper bowl of disgustingly smelling rice… weird. My daughter then looked in the chicken burger and found a lovely hair in her chicken burger. a hair from kfc workers head. we really are quite disgusting and my daughter was so disgusted that she didn’t eat the chicken burger or the rice as she doesn’t like rice. thanks KFC
I usually love going to KFC, whether it's for dining in, takeout, or drive-thru. The chicken is my favorite item on the menu, and I never regret getting the Colonel's masterpiece. However, on this recent visit with my friend @millsey04, we decided to go through the drive-thru. When we received our order at the window and made our way around, I was disappointed to find that my boneless banquet was missing one of the mini fillets, and the ones I did receive were not even battered. To make things worse, I also found a rubber in my fries.
The food was great. The man on the til, Naveen was kind and helpful. When the food was bought over to us by Andy, he was kind thoughtful and nothing was to much trouble. He told me about the customer survey of which we did. 15% off of our next visit. All of the staff were great but a big thank you to Andy for the whole experience.
