Brewers Fayre Queens Crossing

I had the Christmas dinner and it was terrible. The vegetables were hard and the roast potatoes were not cooked properly. The service was also lacking. I dined in for lunch and paid between £20-30 per person. The food and service were both rated a 1, but the atmosphere was a 3.

I stayed at the hotel and found the food to be decent, but there wasn't a wide variety to choose from. Unfortunately, they were out of fish and chips. The staff were excellent, despite being very busy. Breakfast was good. Overall, I would rate the service, food, and atmosphere all as a 3 out of 5. I recommend trying the lasagna. The price per person for dinner was between £10-£20.

This restaurant was a disappointment compared to other Brewer's Fayre pubs. We dined in for dinner and spent £60-70 per person. The food was rated a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

So disappointed that they could not honour a large booking for breakfast this morning and when turn up on the day they say they can't take us. Clearly happy to throw away profits. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
