Bidrage med feedbackThis outlet is the worst! The manager is quite rude to customers and even argues with regulars over coffee. The service from other staff members is just okay, but not impressive. Additionally, there’s no drive-thru!
This is likely the worst Dunkin' location I've ever visited, and that means a lot. They frequently run out of most doughnuts early in the day, almost every day. Even though it's a doughnut shop that's open late, they don't replenish their stock once they run out. The customer service leaves much to be desired as well.
The manager is RUDE! He slams people's food down and cannot be bothered to answer a simple questions. My husband asked one question and he had the audacity to be rude like people have not paid you to provide a service. It is bad customer service andtrash behavior--like this is not a job he chose. It is ridiculous and whoever owns this particular Dunkin should be ashamed theyeven hired someone with such bad customer service skills
I went back inside to ask for it, and the short, bug-eyed cashier (who refused to give me his name) wouldn’t let the staff member I was speaking with give me butter without seeing my order. The guy explained that I had just picked it up. The cashier then handed me one packet of butter and said, “That’s what you paid for, goodbye.” This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst. It feels like the employees are rationing the food that customers have paid for. They keep app orders behind the counter and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in to pick yours up. You use the app for convenience, but here, customers who order in person can get their food and leave before you receive yours. It's truly the worst experience!
This restaurant is a great spot with friendly staff. However, they should utilize both registers to speed up the checkout process for customers.
