Subway - South Hill

Every time I visit, I encounter an issue. The only time I actually enjoy my experience is when I order online. Their customer service is lacking, the service is slow, and it’s evident that the staff member working tomorrow does not seem to care about being there.

The new kali turkey sandwich with avocado with all the sweets was delicious.

I was very impressed with the young lady who was managing the line on her own. She was friendly and efficient. The dining room was clean, making it a great stop along Interstate 85!

I went there today and found that my sub was barely filled. The staff member who served me was quite unfriendly. There was also no social distancing, and many people were not wearing masks. I didn’t see anyone cleaning up after customers left their tables, which is concerning, especially during COVID. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for cleanliness—try to avoid it if you can.

Our order arrived exactly as we requested. The subs were delicious!
