Embassy Suites By Hilton South Bend At Notre Dame

The room was impeccably clean, making it possibly the nicest hotel in South Bend at the moment, alongside the Morris Inn. Parking was convenient, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. However, I felt the prices were a bit high. The breakfast was just average and could use some improvement; the French toast and potatoes were not warm. Despite that, I would definitely consider returning.

Regarding the accommodations, the rooms were really nice! As HGVC and Hilton Honors (Diamond) members, we can confidently say that the breakfast we had here was the best we've ever enjoyed at a Hilton property! - Bill and Donna Carney

This Hilton location is undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Brienna and Aryriana truly excel in customer service at Traditions Restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. As a Diamond member who has stayed at Hilton properties both in the US and abroad, I can confidently say that this property ranks in the top five for customer service, alongside the Hilton Walk in Jumeirah Beach, Dubai, UAE.

This hotel consistently exceeds my expectations. I have been visiting for work over the past few years, and the service is always outstanding. The rooms are superb, and if you get a view facing the university, you can enjoy a stunning sight of Notre Dame. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food, far better than the average hotel restaurant. Additionally, the bar offers a great selection and impressive cocktails for a hotel bar. This is my go-to place whenever I'm in South Bend.

The room size was impressively spacious compared to typical Embassy Suites accommodations. However, I found it frustrating that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower dispensers. Additionally, the omelet chef was quite rude and decided to close the omelet station half an hour before breakfast service ended. Furthermore, he wasn't wearing a sanitary hair net while cooking and preparing food, which was concerning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering the hotel's relatively new status and higher price point due to its location near Notre Dame.
