Vetrilo Picarii - Sofia

I visited this restaurant recently and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the service was excellent, and the food was exceptional. I tried the signature dish and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be coming back here again soon. Highly recommend!

Disrespectful attitude from the staff. When I called to place an order, a man picked up and, as usual, started dictating the numbers. He left the phone line open, and then decided to make a joke about how quickly I can dial the number. I decided that I didn't want to deal with such an attitude anymore, and hung up. This is how you lose customers.
