Olio Doliva - Sofia

They will not find better pizza in sofia, because I would know if there is one. here at olio d’oliva they know their crafts and make their pizzas with love. note: pizzas are the only thing they do (also some desserts that are not vegan). they have a nice selection of imported weeping and beer to very cheap trips, in addition to 3 vegan pizzas (I count here the marinara) and a focaccia. but they are also super open to customize their pizza should they have any special requests! the pizzas, as already mentioned, are excellent. the teig that rises for a whole 72 hours is what really makes her pizza. the service is fast, professional and the staff is very incoming. they also offer the opportunity to buy some imported Italian were. all in all a very beautiful little pizzeria in the true sense of the word. Best pizza my life. crust is at the top. sauce is fresh and the ingredients are finely processed. very good service. they have 2 vegan options and hopefully they will add more soon because both options are just as delicious.

Very tasty pizza with sweet, green and nuts. real Italian style. very delicious tomato sauce and really good crust. they also gave a free starter in the form of pure pizza crust and amazing tasting olive oil. The staff is very nice. They only make 2 kinds of vegan pizza. The tomato sauce was one of the best I ever had on a pizza
