Bidrage med feedbackFantastic beer and amazing food! Nestled in a corner of a business park just off Highway 9, Sound to Summit Brewing is a true gem. They provide ample indoor seating and a cozy heated outdoor area on a covered patio. This brewery stands out from the rest with a diverse menu that features not just a few basic options but a variety of delicious dishes, alongside their own craft beers and selections from other breweries. We tried the Asian Crispy Chicken Salad, which featured sweet, crispy chicken that complemented the fresh salad perfectly. Their beer selection caters to all tastes, ranging from lagers and Kölsch to IPAs, Scotch ales, and stouts. We particularly loved the Peanut Butter Stout and their seasonal offering, the Naughty Nick. Although the place was quite busy, we perched at the bar and had the pleasure of chatting with Doug and several friendly mug club members. We will definitely be returning!
I got a flight of different beers. The one I liked the best was the Sail Away Scotch Ale. Apex IPA has a nice sweet fruit aromatic. The food was delicious. Check the specials of the day as your walking in because the Mac and Cheese was great. Bathrooms were okay.
We just found this place recently. They had TVs, indoor and outdoor seating, some great brews and a simple but nice food menu. Great place to grab a beer and some lunch, dinner or snacks. And of course dog friendly. We will be back!
The Brussels sprouts here are excellent! They also have many gluten-free options available!
Tonight, I had the truffle fries topped with grated Parmesan cheese. They could use a touch more truffle oil, and I’d suggest using freshly grated cheese from a block instead of the pre-packaged kind for a richer flavor (though this isn’t a major issue). The staff here is incredibly friendly, and it's great that the owner is present and ready to greet guests. The beer selection is fantastic, and the atmosphere is lively. I stopped by on Saturday, March 19th, for a couple of pints and also sampled the Brussels sprouts and a slice of their scallion focaccia. Both dishes were outstanding, especially the Brussels sprouts drizzled with balsamic glaze and topped with grated Parmesan.
