Arby's - Smithville

Overall, the food is amazing. There were only a couple of times when my fries weren't as hot as I expected, but generally, they take the time to make sure your order is always accurate and fresh. The prices are on the higher side and definitely need to be reconsidered, but aside from that, it’s a fantastic place to dine. Unlike some fast-food chains, where you find yourself waiting endlessly in the drive-thru or are asked to pull up, only to receive cold, poorly packaged food, that’s not the case here! When they ask you to pull up, you can trust that your food will be fresh, even if you have to wait a bit. If I were to rate the food and pricing separately, the food would easily earn a 5-star rating, but overall, I gave it 4 stars because I think it’s a bit overpriced.

We decided to place our order, and it took only about 5 minutes for our food to arrive. They were incredibly quick, and everything was prepared correctly without any mistakes. We were really impressed with the speed and accuracy of the service!

I had a great experience at the restaurant. The service was excellent, and I have no complaints about either the food or the service. The food was fresh, and the staff was friendly.

Ordered like 7 sandwiches for family only got 3 and one of workers just wanted to stand and talk bout her week instead of preparing the food and we waited and waited on food so not happy with the place

Ordered the triple beef cheedar , shared with the wife it was all we could eat . very good
