Paisano's Pizzeria Catering - Smithtown

Being a new yorker, i've been to enough places to know that there are good places out there, and there are some great places out there. Then there's this great pizza place. They have a stuffed mac and cheese slice, sausage and peppers roll and their buffalo pizza are delicious. They have some of the best regular slices on the island. Their chicken catch slice and penne alla vodka are definitely a must try. I ordered their meatball parmesan hero which was really good too. If you're lucky enough to go there after they make them, get their cinnamon fritellis. I could keep going on about this place but go see for yourself, why else do you think I took the time out of my night to write this review.

The pizza is excellent, and the food overall is a major highlight. I haven't encountered anything I didn't like. The stuffed slices are fantastic, and the calzones are wonderful as well! It's always worth a visit.

I might as well have ordered soup instead of a chicken parm hero. I arrived early to pick up my order, so it wasn't a matter of it sitting around. When I opened the hero, the bread was so soaked that I couldn't even lift it. The breading on the chicken was so soggy that it all fell off. Thankfully, I had a fork to eat it with.

I absolutely love this place! I happened to stroll in one day on a whim, and I've been coming back ever since. Why should you check it out? They create some fantastic flavor combinations, and everything tastes incredibly fresh, using higher quality ingredients than many other pizzerias. The buffalo chicken pizza is hands down the best I've ever had after trying it at numerous places. Each bite is packed with enough of every ingredient that you can truly savor them all. The garlic knots are irresistible. Every slice in the display looks more tempting than the last. They even offer delicious broccoli cheddar slices, which I haven't seen at a pizzeria in years! Five stars—it's just that good!
