KFC - Smithers

The service here is horrible. The wait for your food is ridiculous. They may as well close the drive through. They conveniently do not have chicken an hour and a half before closing. It is pretty bad when you go through the drive through and are told there will be a wait and to pull around to the parking lot, only to watch people go in, eat, and you still don't have your food. I do not recommend this place.

Chicken was fresh and the popcorn chicken was fantastic !! Excellent service today , had a bit of a wait but worth it ! ????

This location just gets worse everytime.Today I received a cold, less than a half order of poutine, a spicy big crunch that wasn't spicy because it had no sauce and a stale bun.I quit going inside because the tables are never wiped off so I use the drive thru and then this.Absolutely ridiculous! I've had to ho back inside to fix up mu order numerous amounts of times.

The food is about the same whichever KFC you go to. This location does not serve the Taco Bell menu which while unusual, it is the choice of the franchise holder. The poor rating comes from the number of times we have been to this outlet to find they have "...run out of chicken..." which seems a little weird. If chicken is what you sell, then keep enough in stock. Why are they running out of their staple dish at 6PM on a Saturday.Of course no Manager is ever to be found to talk to, but there are two or three Assistant Managers ready to provide an excuse for running out of product.

Kfc chicken was similar to home....Coleslaw is very different it is all mashed up looks more like a smoothie....Enjoyed the chicken....
