Kappy's Daiquiri Sports - Slidell

I walked over from the hotel next door to a surprisingly quiet spot that serves 12 varieties of frozen daiquiris and mixed drinks, along with some excellent local cuisine. I really enjoyed the Cajun smoked gator sausage with jalapeño, and the crawfish boil served in a bowl was delicious as well. The Cajun curl fries were also great—I definitely wanted more of those! The staff, who are incredibly friendly, both work and own the place. They could use a little extra help, though.

I visited this place with my partner to enjoy some delicious adult beverages while relaxing outside. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea and she had a Margarita, both of which were excellent! The service was outstanding, and we were able to place our order and be on our way in just five minutes.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. They offer a great selection of daiquiris and a wide variety of beers, although the only draft options are local Louisiana brews, which I really appreciate—supporting local businesses is important. The menu features many unique items that I couldn’t sample all in one visit, so I’ll definitely be returning to try more. I highly recommend the fried green beans and the Sea Dog—they're delicious!

The service here is horrible even at the counter good luck getting anyone's attention to take a drink order even. They do offer several drink options including non alcoholic drinks as well as a limited food menu. Due to offering a food menu they actually allow children in here as well. There is a pool Table, connect four, darts and some other games.

We had a good time. Good selection of Daiquiris. Many beer choices, but the only beers on Hahn are Louisiana brews. (follows for it. Supports locals. Many unique menu elements more than I could try at a time so I have to go back. Try the fried green beans and the Sea Dog. Very recommended.
