Steak-out Charbroiled Delivery

I typically enjoy a nice steak from this restaurant, but my experience tonight was quite disappointing. The steak was probably the worst I've ever had; I had to cut away about three-quarters of it due to fat and gristle. It was overcooked and lacked flavor. On top of that, there was some confusion with my side dish order. I ended up paying $7.00 for a second potato, which seems unreasonable since I could buy two bags of potatoes for that amount. Overall, I won't be coming back for this kind of experience.

I ordered $53 worth of food on Saturday night, but we didn’t receive half of our order.

Steak-Out in Sioux Falls might be part of a franchise, but for this area it's a really unique food experience. We've ordered steaks and sirloin tips from Steak-Out for years, but tonight I ordered my first burger and it was great. Their cheesecake is one of the best in Sioux Falls. It tastes fresh baked (I don't know for sure if it is) and isn't just the same pre-packaged cheesecake that everyone else sells.
