Caribou Coffee - Sioux Falls

Every time I visit this restaurant and order a mixed coffee drink, they always ask if I would like an extra shot of espresso. I really appreciate that and always say yes to the extra shot. It's great to see some gluten free options on the menu, and I know that if I'm in a hurry, I can easily grab a prepackaged meal here without any problems. I have never had any issues with the gluten free items here and I am grateful for that!

I only worked at this restaurant for 4 days with 9 months of experience as a barista, and they fired me because the caribou I was training with didn't like me or didn't want me training there. The staff was rude during my time there and did not give me a chance or a valid reason for firing me. The restaurant was not clean and showed disrespect to customers when they used the drive-thru. The workers were not decent and overall, it was not a good place to work. It's worth noting that they are the third option after Starbucks and Scooters.

Coffee was great! Service was very efficient and kind. My first visit and I was impressed. Had a medium wait but that was the only bad thing and the product was worth the wait

Love the people here, staff is always helpful and when they make a mistake they are quick and courteous.
