Overall, the restaurant is fantastic, although it can be a bit loud due to the acoustics, which is manageable. We went there for dessert and ordered the brownie a la mode, which was absolutely delicious. We chose to sit in the bar area, which likely contributed to the noise level. However, our biggest issue was with our server. He seemed completely uninvolved in our experience. The manager, Cody, took our order, checked on us a couple of times, and was excellent. A barback brought us water and my drink and also checked in on us, which was great. Another staff member delivered our dessert and ensured we had everything we needed, again excellent service. But our server, who was also working as a bartender, never came to our table at all. I understand it was busy, but he attended to the tables on either side of us without acknowledging us. Finally, as we were finishing up, he approached to ask if we were ready for the check, which he then brought. Unsurprisingly, we didn’t leave him a tip; instead, we gave cash to the manager to distribute among him and the other two staff members who assisted us. The manager mentioned he wouldn’t take it for himself but would share it with the others. This wasn’t the first time we had this bartender as our server, and on both occasions, he offered minimal assistance. We discussed our concerns with the manager, who was very understanding and supportive. We definitely plan to return because we really enjoy the place, but perhaps we’ll avoid sitting in the bar area next time.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at this restaurant and decided to order the prime rib. All three of us asked for it cooked medium, but unfortunately, they all came out well done. Two of them were sent back; one returned very rare while the other was cooked medium. We expect better from a steakhouse. On a positive note, our server Shannon did her best to rectify the situation. We'll definitely return, but we'll skip the prime rib next time.

Anthony was hands down the best host I've ever had, no doubt about it.

This place is reccommended for special occations. the servers are great and the tritip is really good. i did not like the crab cakes at all. dont recommend them. i loved the sweet potato fries. big portions of food here. very pricy too.
