Hai Sushi Japanese - Simi Valley

We opted for the all-you-can-eat option, but after our first course, no one came over to check on us or take our orders. We spent the entire evening trying to get their attention. For our last course, we waited 35 minutes before finally asking about our order, only to find out that they had completely forgotten it. The service was absolutely awful. The worst part was when the waiter brought out our sushi; they simply cleared the empty plates without even taking them off the table. It's a pity because there aren't many all-you-can-eat sushi places around.

The experience was quite mediocre. The chef seemed to have thrown in the towel when it came to managing a group of loud, drunken patrons at the bar who were swearing. It's no surprise that the place was nearly empty.

To celebrate Father's Day we indulged in All you can eat sushi. Started with their steamed mussels , soft shell crab, and shumai. Mussels were excellent and crab and shumai were good. There was plenty of sushi variety and the fish fresh and sweet. The prompt, courteous and respectful service added to the whole experience.

This place is totally shouldn?t even be called a sushi house. Went in there to have some lunch and honestly ended up eating 30 times more rice then I ate fish, and on top of all that the baked muscles didn?t have any taste to them at all like they only put mayo on top that?s it! Totally not even worth the price!! Save your money and go some where else! Never again!

I ordered the Sushi Deluxe, and I was genuinely impressed by the incredible variety of fish. The slices of fish on the sushi were quite generous. The spicy tuna rolls were among the best I’ve ever had—full of flavor. The salad was fresh, and the soup broth was richer than what I’ve experienced in other restaurants. They also provided the cucumber lemon water I requested without any hassle, which was a nice touch compared to my experiences elsewhere. The service was impeccable. Overall, I had a delightful dining experience.
