Firehouse Subs Simi Town Center

Ordered doordash around 5:30pm on 11/27. The bread was horrible!! It was super old and dry. The meat was good, but I honestly couldn?t finish the sandwich because of how bad their bread was.

Used to have such an amazing experience every time. The last two times I've been this week, multiple sandwiches in my order were messed up. On one occasion we entered an hour before closing and the music was blasting so loudly we thought they had closedwithout locking the door. I intend to keep going because I know what they're capable of but if either of my most recent twostops had been my first I wouldn't have come back.

To-go order. They almost forgot one of my sandwiches until I saw they missed one as they were packing the bag was one missing. It was going to be put in another order. Cashier said he would include the cookies I bought in the bag and then when I tookeverything out at home the cookies weren't there. *sigh* food is still OK though

Went into this hero shop and looked at the price menu listed on the wall. They only show $9.99 hero?s but don?t include the small hero?s that are $6.49 shown on their website. They seem to want your money and are not interested in satisfying theircustomers needs. Too bad I drove 7 miles for absolutely nothing.

Caitlin was SO helpful and incredibly kind. I was recently in a car accident and had to use a crutch to get around and she offered to bring my order to my car which was a huge act of kindness to me. Not to mention, it was very busy at the time so thefact that she took a little extra time to help me out was her way of going above and beyond her responsibilities to showkindness in the world. I am very appreciative of her for providing such a great experience coming to this firehouse subs.Herpeople skills are 10/10 and she was sincere through out the conversation/ interaction. Even her make up was 10/10! Thank you somuch Caitlin! Your kindness is what I wish I saw more of in the world.
