What do you get when you mix really good food, decent prices, friendly service and a great family-friendly atmosphere? Sunshine Cafe! We thought this was brunch on a Friday morning as a party of four and we sat after 15 minutes. Good selection of items on the menu and coffee also tasted very good. The Chorizo Eggs Benedict is fantastic! Many tables and seats inside, with 5-6 seats on the counter as well. Only 1 minute from the I-70 Silverthorne exit. Very recommended!

This place is a beautiful local feeling for a great start of a day breakfast. The enchilada and eggs were super tasteful, the chicken was a little dry. The wheat cake was a large part and did not expect it. The waitress, Charlie, was super nice and attentive always asked if we need something.
