Chili's Grill Bar - Silsbee

The drinks are excellent, and the service is great. I dined in and had a meal of a different kind, with the price per person being around $20–30.

I had a very frustrating experience with this restaurant. I tried calling over 12 times about my order, but no one answered, so I ended up ordering online. When I finally got my food, it was barely warm. The triple dipper burger bites were undercooked and served on a hot dog bun, even though they don’t serve hot dogs. It was the worst meal I’ve had here. The egg rolls were cold in the middle, and the wings were completely dry without any sauce. When I called to complain, they wouldn’t even give me their name. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

The service was decent, but the grill was out of order, so we decided to try something different. I don’t like cheese, yet a third of my meal came with it. Additionally, I had to inquire about the drink I ordered extra. Just as we were getting ready to leave, a large group arrived, and we were overlooked; I had to go and ask someone else for assistance. They ended up apologizing to the big group. Overall, it was a dine-in experience.
