Botanical Cafe - side

I’ve been a fan of Botanical Cafe for years! They opened during COVID and have managed to keep their staff, business and sanity. Honestly, I love the vibe so much I even rented the entire space for my baby shower a few months ago. The owners worked the entire event and made so many exceptions for our group — we had the most amazing time. I can’t recommend any venue more for your next private event (we hope to be back for our kiddos first birthday! . We regularly stop by at least twice a week now … – show

Chicago has a LOT of coffee shops. Chicago also has a LOT of plant shops. But Botanical Café is the best of both in every regard. Phenomenal drinks, delightful food, and a great variety of very healthy plants to take home. They also have the kindest staff around, making the overall experience extremely pleasant. I cannot recommend this place enough — five stars and kind words doesn't even begin to do it justice.

Will never step foot here based on their “team’s” responses. If they are that rude online, would not want to experience them in person.

The staff at Botanical Cafe is always so kind and accommodating! During Covid-19 they always made customers feel safe by enforcing a mask and/or vaccination rule. Their food and drinks are always great and the staff is knowledgeable about the houseplants.

I love the vibe of this whole place. I came in one day looking for something without caffeine, and they had this amazing seasonal ube latte. I would come here again just for the atmosphere, but the latte is so good too
