Mcdonald's Sibu

Very kind staff and polite. Servis is fast enough for busy time. But up stair light seem dimm abit. And not so comfortable.

Only one outlet in Sibu at opposite Sanyan. The service is fast. Clean and tidy. Can pay via bank QR code. Nice french fries. However no McCafe and self ordering kiosk.

The only McDonald's available in the area,expect long waiting time to receive your order. Recommend to just order via the app for pickup.

Lousiest mcdonald ever, I ordered in advance for 10am delivery. They call me at 10am to tell me that soft drinks unavailable and only milo is available. I dont mind topping up for milo but then spicy beef also out of stock and they dare ask me to cancel my order? The freaking mcdelivery app cant cancel order, BODOH. In the end, they cancel from their side. WHY CANT THEY CHECK IN ADVANCE WHETHER THEY GOT STOCK OR NOT? I ORDERED FOR 10AM DELIVERY AND U CALL ME AT 10AM, CELAKA

The service here is soooo slow guys. I’ve ordered 2 sets of meals and i’ve waited an hour for my food. What intrigues me is the fact that the number that is after me is called first whereas my order was more simple than them. Not to mention the rude and bad attitude staff. Really NOT recommendable. Bad and slow service
