Pho Ha - Shoreline

Please bring them back micelli nudels! I love the broth and the thin cut ****, but the new noodles get muddy fast and no other options available, the only reason I give a 4 stars. taste on point and love the garnel fresh rolling with edris sauce answer to the owner when I asked omicelli nudels was told me that will not be possible, there was only 1 option now.

Eating the atmosphere and customer service is something that everyone should try! cong and his team knock it out of the park. We will definitely be time and time again.

Inconsistent portion size every time we visit. Not coming back after giving it a try 6 times even though we live next street.

Went in for dinner with family and friends immediately after seating the table was dirty and asked to clean the table, however the server cleaned the middle of the table only. Next we decide to order pho, egg roll, shrimp spring roll, and wings. The egg roll had very mushy meat and the spring roll feels immediately picking it up and noting only half and shrimp in EACH roll only half a shrimp. The wrap was saturated with water and was not good and had no flavor. However the wing were good very crispy and over all had good flavor besides the egg roll and spring roll. Then we get to the entrees which was the pho. When we got it was lukewarm and barely had any meat noting one person got a large the rest got a small, however the large pho just had more broth nothing more. The fresh noodles in each pho were over cooked and mushy very unpleasant to eat also the pho was expensive charging you 15-18$ for some terrible pho. My grandma asked for meatballs in her pho and there were none and my friend got the steak and meatball pho and got a half of a meat ball. Usually when you get pho you get bean sprouts like and peppers and basil, however bean sprouts where old, “rusty”, and smelly. Overall probably the absolute worst pho in Seattle. We have eaten tons of pho restaurants in the puget sound and the is by far the worst of them all. Would not recommend for anyone unless you like terrible pho, egg rolls, spring rolls except the wings which where decent at best , rotten vegetables, and terrible service this is the right place for you to eat.

This place is mad inconsistent, sometimes amazing but sometimes absolute trash. The noodle portions are ALWAYS small. The tripe and all the vegetables in a vegan pho were undercooked. All the broth was over salted and one note. They ran out of the wide noodles for pho. The bench seating area has a chemical cleaner smell reminiscent of puke, it's just cleaning residue but restaurant workers know what smell I'm talking about. Gotta rinse the floor after mopping. With all the local competition this place will not survive. It may have been a bad 1 off experience but I don't plan to go back
