Edo Japan Wye Road Sushi And Grill

The restaurant is okay, not amazing, but a refreshing change from typical fast food options. My favorite dish is the Chicken Shrimp Yakisoba, and the Gyoza is also pretty good.

Wonderful. The sushi here is surprisingly delicious, and the hot food is incredibly tasty and healthy. The price is great for the quality of the food, and I would highly recommend it. The location in the Mall is also fantastic.

This is a go-to spot for both lunch and dinner for me. I thoroughly enjoy the California rolls and the chicken yakisoba. While it may not be considered upscale, the food is consistently tasty and reasonably priced. I find myself returning time and time again.

I was excited to see that they had added bubble tea to their menu when I stopped by to grab a quick dinner to go at 6:00 PM. There were only 2-3 people ahead of me, so I was able to order quickly. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 20 minutes to receive our food. Another disappointment was the quality of the bubble tea. The tapioca pearls were definitely not fresh, and the tea was watered down (evident by its lack of color). The meal was decent, but I would not recommend ordering bubble tea from this place in the future (as it is not a specialty here, so it's not a big loss).

The Edo Japan in Emerald Hills (not the Wye Street location, Google it) is fantastic. If they hadn't been so busy, I would have called to tell them how much I enjoyed my last visit. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional yet warm. I have been there multiple times and the experience has always been consistently great. The food is delicious, with the teriyaki being a standout for me. The sweet teriyaki sauce on the perfectly cooked broccoli is always a treat. The portions are generous and always just right with the sauce. The restaurant in Emerald Hills in Sherwood Park is always busy, a sign of its popularity and quality. It also always looks super clean. The front staff interact and coordinate with the kitchen staff in a fun and friendly way, making the dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Edo Japan in Emerald Hills.
