Pf Chang's Sherman Oaks

I made a reservation for 7:45 for an 8:00 dinner and we were seated promptly upon arrival at 7:55. I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is amazing, everything tastes delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the service is excellent! The vibe is very relaxed and the dimly lit room with candles makes it a romantic spot for a date night. I've celebrated birthdays and other occasions here, as well as had lunch with friends and family and everyone always raves about this place. The servers are always attentive and make sure we have everything we need. The restaurant is easy to find, has ample parking with validation available. Our favorite dishes include the spicy chicken, chicken lettuce wraps without mushrooms, Mongolian beef, fried rice, and iced tea. They also have fantastic sushi options, crispy fried green beans, silken tofu, and noodle dishes. This restaurant caters well to vegans, vegetarians, and those with dairy or gluten allergies. They offer dine-in or carry-out options and have happy hour specials. Their signature cocktails are delicious and each dish is crafted and seasoned perfectly. I can't say enough good things about this place. Keep up the great work! They also have a wonderful selection of wines available for pairing.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, but the prices appeared to be higher than average.

The server forgot one of our dishes and claimed it was packed to go by mistake, which was a creative excuse, but we received the dish after everything else was finished. The music was excessively loud and more appropriate for a club in Vegas than a restaurant. The food quality has significantly deteriorated. We do not intend on coming back.
