Bidrage med feedbackI've never been to this restaurant, but my brother can't stay away from it, so I plan to try it the next time I take him to the doctor. It was busy, but I didn’t have to wait long at all.
I called Substation 2 at 7 PM to place an order, and the person who answered asked me to hold. After roughly seven minutes, I was told that they couldn't take my order because they had stopped accepting call-ins. I called back to find out their closing time, and I was shocked to learn they close at 8:30 PM. It makes no sense to me that they would stop taking call-ins an hour and a half before closing. Even establishments that require food to be cooked usually continue accepting orders well into the evening. Needless to say, we won’t be returning. I also find it hard to believe the owners would support a policy that turns away potential customers in the last hour and a half before closing, as a lot of subs could be sold during that time.
I wasn't a fan of the pita bread used for the sub. I’ll try something different next time. The staff was polite and the service was quick, and they offer a 10% discount for cash payments.
First at this Sub Station II. Pita bread grossly undercooked. Chicken salad was dry and had egg shells in it. The place was clean over all and staff was pleasant.
As always Amazing and the ladies were making sure the hard working men eat I'm fairly sure everyone in there eating was from construction guys to the power company to the city workers great food keep it up
