Avoid this place! i cant even call it a restaurant! The worst food i have ever been served! they should call the place Tutto Fiasco!!!!

We had dinner here since the restaurant was within walking distance from our hotel, and had generally favorable TripAdvisor reviews. Big mistake. Despite being nearly empty, service was uneven and slow. Dishes arrived at different times, the waiter was hard to find, and the fish of the day took one hour to obtain. The food was mediocre at best. The fish was greasy and not very fresh. The pizza was boring. To top it off, they tried to overcharge us by a factor of 5 for the fish of the day, which was priced based on weight. It took some convincing, in both Italian and English, for them to correct the bill. No, we did not eat 2 kg. of fish each! We have travelled to Italy regularly for over 30 years, and love the food. This was the worse meal we have ever had in Italy. In retrospect, we should have noticed that there were no recent good reviews. Next time, we'll eat at the hotel or take a taxi to another restaurant.

You enter the restaurant via a lift , when I first entered I was greeted immediately and offered a table and a free glass of Prosecco. The food is delicious and service good and attentive, and very reasonably priced . I am staying in Florence for a week in a Hotel nearby, so I have visited the restaurant twice. The Restaurant is either very new or has recently been extensively refurbished. It is decorated very well and is a very welcoming space. I enjoyed both the meals I had at this restaurant and have no hesitation in recommending it, especially if you are staying at the hotel I was at, where the food was very disappointing

Chi non era stato non sa perché do tutti e cinque. si mangia bene personale

Il ristorante è ottimo a parer mio, se non si cerca qualcosa in particolare ma giusto una cenetta tranquilla ci sta, abbiamo preso due pizze e al momento ci hanno riferito che sono cotte tramite forno elettrico ma risulta buona lo stesso, la pizza non è sottile ma abbastanza verace quindi se non siete amanti di una pizza molto pastosa e alta è meglio specificare : , i primi invece sono ben abbondanti quindi siamo usciti sazi sazi e soddisfatti! Consigliato!
