Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant specialises the best of beef cuts from Marche, Argentina and Aberdeen Angus. thorough service. Efficient with very helpful staff. Meat cooked to all tastes from rare to well done. Sliced/prepared at the table. Plentiful side dishes. Spacious setting under oak beam rafters. Possibility to eat both inside and out. Good parking facilities. Excellent wines served.
Unfortunately I can not share the good reviews. The food was as stated in the title OK, but not more. The meat was of mediocre quality here I expected more. On top service was always in rush and at the end it was a drag to get the bill. On the plus you have parking I front of the house. Would not recommend to friends.
The restaurant is set in a lovely setting, with plenty of parking. I believe there is also accommodation. Inside the restaurant it is run of the mill, and the evening we went there it wasn't too crowded. I think it would be pretty noisy if all the tables were in use. The service was good, with friendly waiters. The tagliatelle con funghi was excellent lots of flavourful mushrooms and great pasta. I shared a plate of grilled meat with someone, and it was really quite forgettable. The selection of meat was heavily over salted, and the meat itself was mediocre. A friend had the lamb and pronounced it good, and another enjoyed the Argentina steak. Wine was OK (house red and white), and liqueurs were offered on the house. We ordered various vegetables, which were all fine. It worked out at 22 Euro a head, which was very reasonable. But I would have preferred to have paid a bit more and had some decent meat. Maybe I just chose the wrong dish. But I tend to think if they can't get a plate of grilled meat right, it doesn't bode well. Because I had read such good reviews I really was expecting something a bit better. They didn't have rabbit on the menu the day we went, but they do advertise it on their website, so if I ever go back I may give that a try.
Went there with family and sister for dinner. My sister wanted to book a table as she had heard good things about this countryside restaurant. Put beforehand that we are meat lovers, this place certainly lived up to our expectations. The dining room is simple and unpretentious as well as the table without table cloths but some paper mats instead of. The ambience is very relaxing with a rustic touch, perfectly in tune with the rest. Despite the menu and wine list are very restricted to few dishes and few wines only, you can easily find some exciting dishes and excellent wine value for money. We tired all sort of steaks they had on the menu, from a local breed of cattle to the overseas once. The Bison recommended by the lovely server was absolutely delicious and super duper tasty. The Rosso di Montalcino single vineyard, Banfi was absolutely fantastic and drinking so well. Service was suitable for a place like that and as you should have expected at this level. Overall, we had a such lovely evening and we will definitely consider to go back if we fancy again a superb meaty supper. Bravi!!!
The restaurant is located in an old villa little bit outside of Senigallia . We’ve stayed at the terrace ,the weather were beautiful and no annoying mosquitoes We’ve ordered prosciutto di melone, beef tartare, beef carpaccio and two different cuts of meat local and another cut Scottish ,or Irish ,I don’t remember ,sorry , they both were rare ,as we love it ,they cook there only this way ,no other . So ,if you do like medium or well done meat you should look for another place . Highly recommended for real meat lovers !
