This is, without a doubt, the best Ethiopian restaurant in the city! I just had the best Derek tibs I’ve tasted all year. I’ll definitely be coming here every day from now on!

The spinach kitfo was enjoyable, but it lacked flavor unless you add the additional seasoning.

I have some criticisms to share, but I prefer to maintain my composure and not delve into negativity. Instead, I wish for positive change; may Allah have mercy on them and inspire them to reassess their views and attitudes towards the African American community.

It's unacceptable for a restaurant to serve stale food, and the fact that they refused to provide a refund is even more concerning. It's important for restaurants to prioritize the quality of their food and provide good customer service, and unfortunately it seems that East Africa failed in both aspects for

Ordered here for the first time yesterday and this is hands down the best Ethiopian we have had in Seattle! Loved the veggie combo, portions are perfect and also great variety/selection of vegetarian options! Injera is also 10/10 in both flavor and texture!
