Bidrage med feedbackThe burger came covered in a mysterious sauce. After we placed our order, we waited 17 minutes for our food, even though the line wasn’t very long. Honestly, I think it’s way overpriced! I get that airport food can be more expensive, but charging $17.99 for a fast food burger and fries—without a drink—is outrageous. It feels like the hospitality industry in Seattle is really capitalizing on visitors. Are you trying to deter tourism? Your prices are pushing people away and making your place seem unaffordable. One staff member was rather unfriendly, while another had long, beautiful hair that flowed down her shoulders and back. Even though she was wearing a hat, it seems impractical to have loose hair in a food setting. The only positive from this experience was that the food was served hot.
The most frustrating aspect of my visit wasn't just the terrible burger, but the fact that I spent $25 on it. In summary, if this restaurant didn't have a steady flow of hungry travelers who have no option for repeat visits (since it's located in an airport), it probably wouldn't last very long.
I want to share my experience, which speaks for itself. I waited 10 minutes for my order, only to find that they had skipped my number and served the next customer first. At first, I thought it was fine, but then I discovered that the food they served actually belonged to me, as the kitchen had written down the wrong number. I offered to take that order, but for some reason, the cashier sent it back to the kitchen, causing me to wait another 10 minutes for it to be brought back out. Even after that extended wait, I still hadn’t received my food, so I decided to ask about it. It turned out the kitchen had completely forgotten my order, resulting in yet another 5-minute wait. In total, I spent an extra 15 minutes waiting for food that was already prepared, and I don't understand why. I ended up paying $23 and waiting 25 minutes for a very bland burger. I’m still baffled as to why I had to wait for something that was ready.
If you 've made your way to S Terminal at SeaTac without getting food at the main terminal (or prior to arriving at the airport , you are left with precious little in the way of meal options. We decided to try Greedy Cow Burger because the Dungness Crab restaurant had a huge line of people and the other take away options were uninspiring (to be honest they all were but GCB was the better alternative at the time before a long haul flight . Anyway, food was ok for airport food (our expectations were seriously low! . We had the bacon cheeseburger, an impossible burger, fries, chocolate shake and coke. The cost was $53.86 yes, you read that right! With a captive audience, they 're fleecing travellers, but don 't all airport establishments? The burgers were cooked well (not dry and uninspiring like other reviews , fries were sizable, chocolate shake surprisingly tasty. But not Wirth the #54~ pricetag! Would we eat here again? If stuck for a meal, yes. If this was located at the mall or somewhere else where there 's an abundance of selection there 's no chance on green earth... but like I said, it 's not the worst we 've eaten!
This place is just so bad. I unfortunately did not check the reviews before ordering, which I deeply deeply regret. What was described as a juicy lip-smacking, gourmet burgers are made to order, piled high with all the fixin?s had a bland patty that tasted like a generic one from Sysco, one sad piece of lettuce, and sauce that tasted of mustard (which I don 't like! . The caramelized onions were extremely soggy and tasted like old water. The fries were unseasoned and bland. The worst part of this scam is that they charge $20+ for this. Listen to the other reviews and avoid this place!!!
