Demarco's Rt 5 Pizza - Scotia

The Sicilian pizza slice was delicious, a nice 7x7 square that was fluffy and thick with a good crunch on the crust! I enjoyed two slices, but they didn't last long enough for me to take a picture. The cannoli had a good crunch, but the layer of chocolate on the shell was mediocre. The filling was tasty, with a hint of grit from the ricotta. With a little less sugar, it would have been nearly perfect. The Greek Tortellini salad with chicken had a good amount of everything and was very filling. The Pasta e fagioli was unique, with various meats that I wasn't used to. It was a bit salty, but the white broth grew on me. Overall, the food was a 4 out of 5, the service was a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was a 4 out of 5.

Love Demarco's they support the community and they have great tasting food. At times when they are busy the people working the counter/phone can be a bit too curt. This pizza joint is primarily for takeout or delivery. Our favorite is the White Broccoli, CBR, or Buffalo chicken pizza in the county. The boneless wings are good, but we really enjoy the antipasto salad and the Buffalo chicken sub. Service is prompt and friendly. This place is great for a quick and inexpensive dinner. Recommended dishes include cut pizza with pepperoni, chicken bacon ranch pizza, garlic knots, pepperoni pizza, and sausage and mushrooms pizza. Food and service both deserve a 5-star rating, but the atmosphere is lacking with a rating of 1.
