Robin's Nest Cafe And Bakery - SCITUATE

What a lovely place to grab lunch! I'm really happy to find a local restaurant that offers tasty options for vegetarians. Although I've only visited for lunch, they also have BYOB dinners several nights a week. Their selection of prepared cold salads is excellent—my favorite is the sesame noodle salad, but the quinoa and root vegetable salad is also really good. Plus, her homemade hummus is a highlight.

We were passing through Wisconsin and decided to make a stop at Robin's Nest. The service was outstanding, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be adding this to our list of favorite places to stop!

I want to be fair in my assessment, but unfortunately, my experience there last night was quite disappointing. With only five tables being served, it took two hours for our dinner to arrive. When it finally did, the food was lukewarm, and both my wife and I ended up feeling unwell afterward. The chicken was rubbery, and the veal tasted outdated and heavy.
