Prima Pizzeria - Schenectady

I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the pizza is fantastic!

What has happened to this restaurant? This is the second time we've ordered pizza that was undercooked and lacked any flavor! We are extremely disappointed.

The pizza here is fantastic! I highly recommend the Sicilian style; the crust has a wonderful bread-like texture that brings to mind Defazios' pizza dough. It’s crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The sauce is just right—not overly saucy and seasoned to perfection. The pizzas are topped with fresh, squeaky mozzarella; there’s no cheap cheese in sight! This place tends to get busy on the weekends, so be sure to give the staff enough time to serve you. Overall, it’s a great spot!

I enjoy Prima Pizza, but I found another pizza place that makes their crust a bit crispier, which is my preference. I asked Prima to make my pizza crispier this time, and they delivered! It made a noticeable difference. If you're looking for a crispier pizza, just let them know, and they'll take care of it.

I enjoyed a slice of pizza, a pickle, and some pasta salad. The service from Rylie was outstanding; she was incredibly friendly and absolutely gorgeous! I could definitely see myself coming here every day, haha!
