West Side Cafe - Sault Ste. Marie

Classic diner/greasy spoon with character. we were on a road trip and needed diners to eat, so this place fits the bill. I had the reubs and my wife had a hot Hamburger sandwich. Right. great pommes and gravy. just a waitress. but she stayed up with the crowd. friendly. the servations were plentiful. the prizes were years ago. good, if I lived in the soo, I would be more regular.

It is a small hole in the wall greasy spoon in a busy section of sault sainte marie. eating was plentiful and pretty good! they had only one waitress and one cook that somehow managed to serve their customers, ordering over the phone, and prep. take away. no easy business. kudos to them so it works to make sure everything went smoothly. the waitress remained calm and kept a smile on her face. the best experience was during a busy time very obvious while we were there.

This place used to be a nice spot. Used to order at least twice a week now there fries taste like they had been left out for hours dry my kids burgers were burnt they wouldn't even touch them wont be back ever.

This small breakfast spot is a gem in disguise. We couldn’t find anywhere with the normal breakfast. Tried a few others and didn’t really like them. Found this place and it is just that. Normal everyday food. Great breakfast. Great service. Will return. Thanks.

If you are looking for fancy, this is not it. If you are looking for good food and good service, then stop here.
