I visited this restaurant with a group of friends, and overall, the experience was decent. We've come here several times and continue to be impressed. I'm willing to pay for good food and drinks, but I expect the service and quality to match the cost. Unfortunately, while sitting at the bar, the bartender seemed overwhelmed. The service was surprisingly slow for a quieter night. The food was generally average, but the grilled Caesar salad was exceptional.

We had a family dinner at the mill on Thursday night. The service was polite and friendly, but it was quite slow. The Burrata Salad was excellent! However, the cocktail we ordered was disappointingly tiny for the price. Also, a Mule should never be served in a champagne glass! For dinner, we ordered two steaks, a pasta dish, and a kid's chicken finger. The steaks were good, but they weren't exactly cooked to our preference. The pasta was delicious, and the salmon was tender, though it lacked seasoning. The children's chicken fingers tasted homemade, which was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a lovely restaurant in Saugerties.
