Bidrage med feedbackHere’s what we ordered: we started with the Saratoga Curry puffs, which were a unique and tasty appetizer for a Thai restaurant. The roti came with a delicious peanut sauce that was simply irresistible. We shared a generous portion of the coconut milk soup, which was outstanding. Both the green curry and the Thai panang curry were absolutely delicious, packed with vegetables and tofu. The spicy Thai basil fried rice was another delightful dish. For dessert, we tried the mango and sticky rice. While the sticky rice was good, the mango wasn't very sweet. Overall, this is the best Thai food I've had in the Bay Area, and I highly recommend it, especially for families.
We made a reservation for dinner before a show (at The Mountain Winery, 10 minutes drive away . The restaurant was nicely decorated, service was attentive, and the food was beautifully presented! I was impressed they had an extensive vegetarian menu (available upon request . We ordered the modern potstickers to start they were perfectly crisp, not oily, filled with fresh well seasoned vegetables, and drizzled with delicious sauces! I had a hard time choosing an entree (so many many vegetarian options!! and went with Golden Tofu (Sautéed yellow curry with tofu, egg, garlic, onion, carrot, zucchini, green peas, celery, and red bell peppers very flavorful curry and the egg makes it even heartier! I loved it but it was generous so I took half home. My husband was excited to see pad thai wrapped in omelet on the menu from his memories of the street food style in Thailand and really enjoyed the special treat! Would definitely come back if in the area! Can 't wait to try their Vegetarian Udon Laksa Noodle Soup! Plenty of street paralell parking.
Situated in downtown Saratoga, this restaurant offers a sophisticated take on Thai cuisine. While parking can be a bit challenging since the restaurant is located along the street, there is a parking lot nearby. The interior has a traditional design that exudes an upscale ambiance. I ordered the Pad See Ew with beef cubes ($22) and thoroughly enjoyed it! The dish was sweet with a perfect hint of spice, and the portion size was just right for lunch. The beef and broccoli added a nice texture that complemented the soft noodles beautifully. I will certainly return in the future to try their Pad Thai!
We stopped by for the first time to try this place. We ordered the pineapple fried rice soup, egg rolls, crab cream cheese wonton, and tom yum soup. The pineapple fried rice and tom yum were delicious. The spring rolls were OK. We were seated right away. It was nice and warm inside, and everything was friendly.
The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Valentine's Day. The service was attentive, and I would highly recommend the food. The coconut rice was exceptionally well-prepared; each grain maintained its shape and was perfectly coated with just the right amount of coconut. You could tell that the rice was freshly made and not just sitting in the fridge waiting to be served. It was quiet during lunch, but a few customers gradually arrived.
