Xoco Por Ti Chocolate - Santiago

Near the intersection of Avenida Italia and Sucre, in the renowned “Barrio Italia”, is the Xoco Chocolate Bar Por Ti. The proposal of this place is to offer its diners different varieties of chocolates of origin, made with high quality cocoa grains specially selected to obtain a product with unique characteristics. Here we can find hot chocolate, Frappé, espresso and ice cream, all made with cocoa beans that come from different parts of the world: Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Ivory Coast and Bolivia, and their cocoa percentages vary from 55% (Ecuador) to 85% (Bolivia).

This place was introduced by a good friend, a long time ago, but for some reason I don't visit so much. Xoco For you is a chocolate bar where you can find it from frappés, ice cream, roasted cocoa beans, and hot chocolates. Its owners are a marriage, made up of Olivier Lomazzi who is Swiss and Javiera Ramírez Arévalo who is Chilean. The interesting thing about this place is that cocoa comes from different parts of the world, such as Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, so they have different aromatic profiles. If you look at the menu, show the cocoa, the less percentage you have, the more you appreciate the natural sweetness of the grain. Ojo, those with less calories are the ones with the highest percentage.
