Las Carnes De Echaurren - Santiago

My friends and I went to this restaurant for dinner on Saturday at 7:00. The atmosphere was cozy and there were not many people. The waiter was very friendly and took our order promptly. We ordered a barbecue for 4 people and the meat was delicious. However, my friends were disappointed that they did not have a barbecue with offal on the menu. One positive aspect was that the fries were really good and not frozen. Overall, it was a good experience and I would come back again. I am only deducting points for not having a variety of barbecue options on the menu.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but it is quite expensive, especially considering that you have to order side dishes separately. The service is great and the ambiance is beautiful.
