Although the prices are low and still reasonable, I really wish they would ban drive-thrus. The amount of pollution they generate is unnecessary and concerning.

Disgusted was hoping for some fresh warm food but instead I got a half cooked patty and some stale fries disappointed in this place not the first time

Ordered a grilled sourdough burger, received a grilled sourdough chicken sandwich. Essentially interrupted the drive thru employee, he was busy talking with the manager on duty. Told me the price, gave change and then the (incorrect) bag. No hi, thanks for coming, would you like a receipt, just back to his conversation with the manager on duty. Apparently common courtesy isn't the order of business once the sun goes down.

We go there allot and they have a 1 in 3 chance of getting our order wrong. The only reason I didn't give them a 2 star is because 90% of the time management is really nice and fixes the order without any issues or attitude.

My husband ordered a salad, I ordered some tacos and a regular burger. We got to the window and were told there was no salad available, so my husband ordered a burger instead. The guy handed me my burger and tacos and I offered to park in front so I didn’t hold up the line while they made the other burger. When we parked my husband let me know the tacos were not in the bag. The guy came out with the burger and we let him know of the missing items. He quickly went inside and brought back not just the two tacos I ordered, but he brought us four. We left happy but when we got home we were extremely disappointed to find four tacos burned beyond belief. Come on JITB. I had just worked 14 hours and just wanted a taco. A taco that wasn’t burned to a crisp.
