This place has been a go-to spot for Christmas parties for quite some time. I've dined here several times over the years, and its longevity is a testament to its success over nearly two decades. Just a few nights ago, I stopped by to indulge in the Galisteo Grilled Cheese, which has been a menu staple for a while. In my opinion, it's one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches you can find at a restaurant. It's loaded with pesto and mayonnaise, which adds an incredible burst of flavor. I also had the shoe string fries (an off-menu item) alongside my sandwich, and they made for a fantastic side—crispy and delicious. The service was impressive as well; the older host welcomed me warmly upon my arrival, and the bartender was attentive and engaging throughout my visit.

The food was delicious—especially the meatloaf dinner, which my wife absolutely loved! I had the fish tacos, and they were fantastic. Our son ordered the speckkäseburger and he said it was excellent; his dog seemed to think so too! This bar and grill is a must-visit, especially for those with dogs. We had initially been disappointed by another supposedly dog-friendly place that turned us away based on negative reviews, but thankfully, we stumbled upon this spot. We saw the inviting outdoor area, and we were welcomed right away!

The quality of the food and service is outstanding. My wife and I have visited this restaurant many times, and we've never been disappointed. The prices are excellent, and the atmosphere is sophisticated yet relaxed. We can’t wait to return!

I met my best friend for lunch on Saturday. the grill was not crowded, and we had great service and a delicious grilled shrimp and avocado salat. it was so great to pick up and not to be put under pressure to go in a hurry. wonderful southwest ambiente!

First visit here since Chef Josh took over. The menu is a mix of existing items and some favorites from Dr. Field Goods. Table had the steak frites, prime rib, and salmon. Everyone enjoyed their meals and there were no leftovers. I'd love to see the smash burger added to the menu. I'll be back!
