Cadiz - Santa Barbara

This restaurant is closed! it had appeared for a reservation and there was a note outside that was closed. it was said that they were closed for months! shame on them open table!

It was very disappointed to appear in the restaurant and find that it planned maintenance that the entire restaurant had to be shut down for the weekend. I booked reservations about a week in advance as my friend and I visited santa barbara at the memorial day weekend. Once arrived and realized that the restaurant was closed, it took us over an hour and a half to find a table on the state street. other visitors seemed to have the same problem where they introduced the restaurant, just to close it. we had even tried to call the restaurant the day before to confirm our reservation, but there was no way to contact them as it was closed. there was no notification to alert customers from the lock either. if cadiz will use a reservation service for booking, the agency should inform so that this does not happen. we were very disappointed and will probably not return to the restaurant because it was about it.

Graduation dinner was wonderful. we had four for the reservation and the staff has accommodated three more without problems. the food was delicious and the services were great.

I always make this restaurant happy. the choice of wein and cocktails is excellent, the small teller and always lures delicious and well presented, and the ambiente is simply beautiful, whether sitting outside on the terrace or inside in the main area (which is beautiful and also in the regular quiet enough for good entertainment). the menu changes periodically to keep the dinge fresh and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. a santa barbara must!

Service was great! However we were placed in the back by the kitchen. I don’t begrudge them that, we are a group of middle aged women who haven’t seen each other in a pitchers of Sangria, but it was noted by our party. The food was very good, my bolognese was great, but my friends salmon was just okay (the lentils or quinoa it had with Tate’s burnt). All in all I would still recommend and would return.
