I enjoyed a closed menu in which each and every one of the dishes were rich, from the appetizer (cucucupine duiquiri) to the dessert (barenie chocolate with mango, strawberry and even rose petals). Try to leave room for dessert, it's worth a lot among all the dishes, maybe the one that surprised me most was the low-temperature egg with parmesan foam and basil with geminates. as curious and well presented as tasty. Se encuentra dentro del Grand Palladium Palace, muy cerca de la playa D’en Bossa, y cuenta con comedor interior y exterior. El exterior está junto a un verde prado desde el que se avistan perfectamente las salinas de la zona y, si tienes suerte, incluso puedes ver flamencos blancos. Comer con este paisaje no tiene precio. Sin embargo, lo mejor del restaurante La Sal no son las vistas, que están bien, sino la comida. Qué delicia. Disfruté de un menú cerrado en el que todos y cada uno de los platos estaban riquísimos, desde el aperitivo (daiquiri de pepino) hasta el postre (brownie de chocolate con mango, fresa y pétalos de rosa). Procura dejar sitio para el postre, realmente vale la pena. De todos los platos, quizás el que más me sorprendió fue el 'huevo a baja temperatura con espuma de parmesano y velo de albahaca con geminados'. Tan curioso y bien presentado como sabroso. No te voy a engañar, todo estaba delicioso y las porciones eran más que suficientes. De hecho, ¡aquella noche no cené! El restaurante La Sal es altamente recomendable. Además de una comida de alta calidad y un entorno encantador, el servicio es excelente. Las camareras que nos atendieron respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas con una sonrisa en todo momento. Fueron encantadoras.
