Enigma Escape Games - Sandy

Unfortunately our overall experience was very sub-par compared to other escape rooms we have done. The fact that there were so many malfunctioning pieces of the room with no warning at the time of booking should be unacceptable. I'll leave out details to not spoil any future gamers, but there were at least four different elements/puzzles that did not work properly.To offer a recently renovated room to public bookings without fully testing and fixing any issues feels very unprofessional and we left very disappointed in our experience. Our host was very kind and did the best she could to help us through it (the reason I'm giving two stars instead of one), but that can't make up for the inoperability of the room. I hope the feedback we gave is used to improve the experience of other players, but for now I would forgo booking the 451 room.

Room was awesome!! We were so close! Puzzle were good and flowed pretty well. Colors on the canvas were challenging to differentiate, might have made it otherwise. Great experience can’t recommend it high enough!!!!!

Fun place, kind of an odd atmosphere.In general, the price expensive for what we got.Initially, we failed to escape as time ran out. One of the locks didn’t work although we had the right code (spent 7 min fiddling with it). Upon review, the game master said it does that sometimes… and informed us that we did indeed escape on time.The room also wasn’t set up right, missing an item. We were able to still solve without it.I would go back for half the price as we had a good time.

This place was pretty fun but it honestly needs renovations. We did the Hyde and Seek room and we barely made it to the second room. Some of the props were broken and things were pretty dusty and worn. The aid we received every once in a while wasn't very helpful and it was very challenging. We learned afterwards that that room had a less than 10% success rate and that most didn't even make it to the second room! If we had known that, we would have chosen a different room. You should show your difficulties. This place has potential to be really good.

We booked for just the 2 of us but were put with a group of 10 others. Too many people in one room made it extremely hard to solve anything! The people were friendly but we were cramped in tight and it was not fun at all! Having 5 maybe 6 people should be maximum, especially for the price we paid!
