We had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. We waited for 10 minutes before being seated in a half empty dining room. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive, and when we ordered, we were told there were no hamburgers or rock lobster tails available during LobsterFest. My daughter ended up with noodles instead of a burger, and it took almost an hour for our food to come out. The waitress forgot my son's salad until he asked for it, and then brought my daughter an extra bowl of noodles that we didn't ask for and charged us for it. We didn't realize this until we got home because we had been there for 2 hours and everyone was ready to leave. Additionally, the dining room was cold.
