Kafka Sandefjord As

Great for a quick breakfast or coffee. The staff are friendly and the coffee drinks were all very good. I traveled to Sandefjord last year and was surprised that the waitress remembered us and asked how we were doing! I came for breakfast and got a waffle- very sweet but very good, and my Cafe Latte was perfect. My husband got a shrimp and egg sandwich that he said was delicious. The pricing isn't bad either. Great place for a casual mean. Especially if traveling!

Situated right across Jordbærpikene reviewed earlier , Kafka is in my opinion a slightly more affordable cafe with a diner-like interior that I think has been recently refurbished. Seems to me like it keeps being improved, or at least well maintained in between my visits. My favourites here include the Kafka spesial sandwich, ham and cheese salad, and jacket potato. From time to time they also do a delicious and cheap ! French onion soup, yum! The club sandwich has somehow shrunk in size though, which is kind of disappointing because I really liked the abundance of potato wedges that used to come as a side- now you only get a few, which consequently brings out my *sadface* : The coffee isn 't bad; the baristas do a good job! Today my cappuccino was full of frothy foam which I was very happy about as this has not been quite the case in the past..

Good coffee and friendly staff. Fish and chips was no good. Looked like frozen pre made fish from the supermarket and the chips were the same low quality. Salad was everything but fresh. Also the other food we got was not impressive. So next time it'll be coffee only.

I was earlier this week, and i was way to upset after the visit. The food tasted great, but however the brown haired cashier had her phone in her hand and was to busy directing everyone else then focus on me and my family as a customer. Way to bad and poor customer service. I thought norway had something better than this to offer.
