Sushi Huku - San Marcos

This place is absolutely fantastic! The food is fabulous, and we usually drive 45 minutes just to savor their dishes. We've tried several other Japanese restaurants, but none compare to this one. If you visit, you won't be disappointed. I really appreciate the service, and they always treat us wonderfully.

Huku Sushi is consistently outstanding. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the chefs are truly exceptional, crafting each dish with skill and artistry. While it can get quite busy, the experience is always worth the wait. I wouldn't consider going to any other sushi place in town. Huku Sushi remains my top choice for a fantastic sushi experience. It is also very decently priced!

I'd been out of state for a while and this was the first sushi I had while back in California. Best sushi I've had in a long long time. My favorite was the Rainbow roll with added jalapeño and lemon

Best sushi place I've found in north county. Fish is always fresh. Good size portions, reasonable prices. We sit at sushi bar witch is usually empty. Lin is excellent, so is Jay (we don't get to see him very often these days). Yellowtail sashimi is excellent. Also love sashimi salad.
