I had a terrible experience with the service here. Your posted closing time is 10 PM, but I arrived at 9:30 PM and found the restaurant closed. If you want to attract new customers, you should update your hours on Maps and reconsider your attitude. The food is fantastic, but the refusal to serve me while still being open is frustrating. I won't be returning until this issue is resolved.

We love Hawaii Poke and have been loyal customers since they opened. The staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive. The variety of toppings available for the poke bowls is outstanding—much better than what we used to find at our previous spot in the Northeast. Honestly, it's a great value for sushi-grade protein; you could easily split one bowl into two meals if you load it up with toppings. The only slight issue is that the quality of the fish can vary occasionally (though it's never below food grade or has a fishy taste), but even a coastal restaurant can have its off days. Overall, Hawaii Poke offers a fantastic poke experience!

I always have a wonderful experience here. The food is top-notch. The strawberry and coconut smoothie is absolutely delicious. I especially appreciate that they offer a cooked meat option – chicken!
